ASHI
The American Society of Home Inspectors, Inc. is an international not-for-profit professional association of home inspectors. Since 1976 ASHI has established and advocates high Standards of Practice and a strict Code of Ethics for the member community across North America. Administering competency testing and continuing education is a major function of the society as well as providing customer awareness and enhancement of excellence and professionalism in the home inspection business.

FABI
The Florida Association of Building Inspectors, Inc. has promoted professionalism in the inspection industry through qualifying their members to assure the public's confidence. FABI members must pass a written examination, adhere to established Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics and earn continuing education credits to keep their proficiencies current in the building inspection business.

ICC
The International Code Council was established in 1994 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing a single set of comprehensive and coordinated national model construction codes. The mission of ICC is to promulgate a comprehensive and compatible regulatory system for the built environment, consistent performance-based regulations that are effective, efficient and meet government, industry and public needs.
